By using Teacher Swap Exchange Kenya, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2 Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this platform for its intended purpose: finding and connecting with potential teacher swap partners. This license strictly prohibits data scraping, commercial exploitation, or misrepresentation.

3 User Responsibilities

Users participating in the exchange platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all listings and communications.
• Comply with all TSC employment regulations and eligibility requirements for transfer.
• Respect the privacy and safety of other users during all interactions.
• Follow the official TSC swap procedure when finalizing any agreement.

4 Listing Verification

All listings are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject, flag, or remove any content that violates our policies, including fraudulent information or suspicion of illegal activity. Accounts found in violation may be permanently suspended.

Disclaimer of Liability

Teacher Swap Exchange Kenya is NOT affiliated with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). We are an independent connection platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information, TSC approval outcomes, or any disputes arising from user connections.
